About Carol Habercoss
Carol Habercoss has been working with seniors for over 20 years, currently in a non-profit health care setting using the PACE (Program of All Inclusive Care) model. She is also a professional member of the Aging Life Care Association (www.aginglifecare.org) and the Aging 2.0 network. She holds a Masters degree in Gerontology from San Francisco State University and served as a volunteer at Zen Hospice in San Francisco for over 5 years. Carol studied Nutrition at Merritt College and has created and presented Nutrition Seminars and Nutrition Education classes for PACE conferences, health care organizations, and for senior groups in the community. She has also worked as an IT Professional and Team Leader, and studies the most recent Aging-in-Place technologies with the goal of creating and supporting positive solutions to the emotional and physical challenges of growing older.
