Hello, all. I am new to this place. I found this as the best place to get all my doubt cleared as it’s for elderly people. My question is regarding using any equipment while sleeping. As a caregiver some days I have to be with the grandma throughout the day. The way she snores is terrible. After terrible work in the whole day, its night that I would be taking a nap and the way she snores is terrible that I won’t be able to sleep at night. I have thought of using sleeping ear plug ( http://nulifehearing.com/hearing-protection/sleeping-swimming/ ) so that I could sleep nicely. I can’t do anything other than this. I have a severe hearing loss at times. So I doubt the usefulness of using that, after all, it is an ear plug. Will it have any negative impact on my ears as I already have trouble with my ears? And is there any other solutions that I could suggest to grandma’s family in regards with snoring. Or should I move on with this ear plug use? Or any suggestions in regards with snoring grandma
