My father is 68 years old. He is experiencing difficulty while walking. He says he would need a wheelchair very soon. I took him for a complete medical checkup and he is perfectly alright. So what could be stopping him? While discussing this with my family doctor, he said that it could be due to lack of physical activity. Also, it is not recommended to suggest heavy exercises at this age. My cousin recommended a physiotherapy treatment from a clinic in Etobicoke. What are your thoughts on this? Do you have any other better suggestions to keep him active and healthy?
