Hi all, have any of you dealt with a mood disordered parent? My mom is 60 years old and her physical condition is normal except the blood pressure problem. But recently she has been showing frequent mood changes. I started noticing it 2 weeks ago while she was keeping silent for 3 days continuously. But she has behaved so strangely the next day, she was laughing at the wall and was shouting! I am confused, what has been happening with her? I have heard of a mood disorder therapy in Toronto (suggested by my friend). How will a therapy work? Can I fix an appointment for my mom? Please share your thoughts. Thanks in advance.

Many people are facing the same situation. Aging not only changes the physical health of an individual but also affects the mental health. I wish your mom get well soon. My prayers are with you.
