Hey, I am really concerned about the health of my grandma. She is 80 years old and is living alone in an apartment. She fell down while walking up the stairs and has soreness in her knee. She finds it difficult to stand for long hours. We took her to the hospital and the X-ray was taken. There was no fracture and the doctor recommended to have a physiotherapy treatment from Toronto. Is this treatment effective? As she is living alone, she has to do everything by herself. We are planning to hire a caregiver. What are your thoughts?
