I have grade 2 cellulite on the backside of my thighs. The skin seems moderately draped. From its “cottage cheese” appearance, I concluded that it can be nothing other than cellulite. When I searched on the internet, I got to know that there are so many cellulite reduction treatments available nowadays ranging from Acoustic wave therapy to Ultrasonic liposculpting. But I am just wondering whether there is any cellulite reduction treatment that we can try at home. Maybe something like traditional medicines? I heard some therapists use caffeine, grape seed and gingko biloba as an alternative solution for cellulite. Do you think they are effective? What about aesthetic machines that are used for body contouring? Thank you.
